The same story in Frankfurt from year to year.. Well, atleast they work OK for the rest of the year.
In Kazan now with the hope that weather would be better in Nizhnekamsk.. Extra 14 hours on the trip..

It's a bloody bullshit:
- you come to FRA one and half hour before the flight, check-in and drop the baggage
- you see the huge crowd on security. Really huge, like they were standing in the hall B near this round caffee. thousand?
- and succeed to get through to the gate to the departure time. It is closed already.
- one hour in different queues before you get to the Main queue
- wait in main queue two hours to learn that all that LH could offer is rebook me on the next flight but they don't care that i miss the connection and another option is only possible on the next day. My proposal to send me to another city to solve my issue the guy didn't accept and made a speach how LH does everything to serve customers. I am sure it would be probably cheaper for LH to send me there but..
- and generally i must be happy as this was not the fuckup of LH but of the fraport and they already cool enough not taking money for rebooking
- i always preferred LH to others, i dont know any more. Once i was flying another airlines and they were waiting for me getting through the border control..
